Die von der Frankophonie propagierten Werte sind: Frieden, Demokratie und Menschenrechte, kulturelle Vielfalt, Solidarit\u00e4t im Dienste der Entwicklung und die Vielfalt der L\u00e4nder, die die franz\u00f6sische Sprache teilen. Letztere veranlassten Rum\u00e4nien 1991, der Institution der Frankophonie beizutreten, zun\u00e4chst als Beobachter und ab 1993 als Vollmitglied der Internationalen Organisation der Frankophonie (OIF).<\/p><p>Was genau ist also ein entsandter Arbeitnehmer? freien St\u00fccken f\u00fcr das Franz\u00f6sische als Idiom eines freien, modernen Europas und als Vertreter der freien Nationen entschieden. Dieses Fundament, das auf fast 200 Jahren gemeinsamer Kultur und Zivilisation aufbaut, wird so leidenschaftlich bewahrt, dass es den \u00e4u\u00dferst prek\u00e4ren Bedingungen, die ihm die totalit\u00e4ren Jahre auferlegt haben, standgehalten hat.<\/p><p>Tats\u00e4chlich geht das wachsende Interesse der Rum\u00e4nen an Frankreich auf das 18. Jahrhundert zur\u00fcck, als Prinz Fanario das osmanische Regime anf\u00fchrte. In der von den Phanarioten gegr\u00fcndeten \"Akademie\" wurde der Unterricht auf Griechisch abgehalten und die Lehrb\u00fccher wurden aus dem Franz\u00f6sischen \u00fcbersetzt.<br \/>Betroffen sind; rum\u00e4nische Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen von 1771-1772, die \u00dcbersetzung mehrerer Werke Voltaires direkt aus dem Franz\u00f6sischen, gefolgt von der rum\u00e4nischen \u00dcbersetzung von F\u00e9n\u00e9lons Aventures de T\u00e9l\u00e9maque im Jahr 1772. Im Zuge der Bildungsreformen von F\u00fcrst Alexander Ypsilanti in der Walachei wurde Franz\u00f6sisch 1776 zum Pflichtfach an den h\u00f6heren Schulen in Bukarest. Diese franz\u00f6sischsprachigen Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen sind vor allem in den gro\u00dfen st\u00e4dtischen Zentren, im Osten ( Lasi \/ Galati \/ Suceava) sowie im S\u00fcden des Landes ( Bukarest \/ Craiova \/ Pitesti \/ Buzau) zu finden.<br \/><br \/>Der Vorteil Rum\u00e4niens in Bezug auf die Frankophonie liegt im Bildungsbereich. Obwohl Englisch die erste Wahl der Rum\u00e4nen bleibt, w\u00e4hlen mehr als 1 400 000 Kinder Franz\u00f6sisch als Fremdsprache und das Land hat 8 000 Franz\u00f6sischlehrer. Doch selbst wenn \"Heute lernt jeder eine vereinfachte Form des Englischen\", sagte Christophe Gigaudaut, Direktor des Institut fran\u00e7ais in Bukarest. Die Wahl f\u00e4llt auf eine zweite oder dritte Sprache, und hier kann Franz\u00f6sisch ins Spiel kommen. Je mehr die Rum\u00e4nen Franz\u00f6sisch sprechen, desto weltoffener sind sie. Die franz\u00f6sischsprachigen L\u00e4nder sind auch ein Pluspunkt f\u00fcr die Ausstrahlung Rum\u00e4niens im Ausland.
